1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, accessing or using Welaska, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Welaska on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Welaska service.
2. The Welaska Service
Welaska provides tools that may allow businesses to connect authorized WhatsApp Business and Meta business assets and use features including:
- WhatsApp customer conversation management;
- a shared team inbox;
- contact and customer relationship management tools;
- message-template management;
- WhatsApp campaigns;
- workflow and communication automation;
- team collaboration; and
- analytics and related business tools.
Features may change, improve or be replaced as Welaska develops.
3. Accounts and Workspace Access
You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account and must keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activities performed through your account and for controlling access granted to members of your workspace.
You must promptly notify us if you reasonably believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
4. WhatsApp Business and Meta Integration
Certain Welaska functionality requires you to connect your WhatsApp Business or Meta business assets using authorization mechanisms provided or supported by Meta.
You may connect only accounts, phone numbers, businesses and other assets that you own or are properly authorized to manage.
Your use of WhatsApp and Meta services remains subject to applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms, policies, technical requirements and messaging rules.
5. Messaging Responsibilities
You are responsible for the messages, campaigns, automations and other communications sent through your Welaska workspace.
You agree to:
- communicate only with recipients where you have an appropriate lawful basis or permission;
- comply with applicable opt-in, consent and opt-out requirements;
- comply with applicable WhatsApp Business messaging policies;
- use approved message templates where required by WhatsApp;
- honor applicable customer requests to stop receiving communications; and
- comply with applicable privacy, marketing and consumer protection laws.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use Welaska to:
- send unlawful, deceptive or unauthorized spam;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- engage in fraud, phishing or deceptive activity;
- distribute malware or attempt to compromise systems, accounts or networks;
- violate the rights, privacy or intellectual property of another person;
- access Meta, WhatsApp or Welaska resources without proper authorization;
- bypass platform limitations, security controls or applicable messaging restrictions; or
- use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party platform policies.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, third-party platforms or compliance obligations.
7. Subscriptions and Free Trial
Welaska may offer free-trial, monthly, yearly and lifetime access plans. Current pricing and plan availability are shown on the Welaska website or subscription interface.
A free trial begins when it is explicitly activated and continues for the duration displayed at activation.
Paid access becomes active after the applicable payment has been successfully verified and approved.
A Welaska subscription covers access to Welaska software. Charges imposed separately by Meta, WhatsApp, telecommunications providers, banks or other third parties are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Payments
Where Welaska supports manual payment verification, you may be required to submit information such as a transaction reference or UTR and payment proof.
Submitting payment information does not by itself guarantee activation. Payment may be reviewed to confirm that the required amount was actually received.
You must not submit false, altered or misleading payment information.
Welaska will never require your UPI PIN, card PIN or online banking password as part of payment verification.
9. Third-Party Services
Welaska depends on or integrates with third-party services, including Meta and WhatsApp. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Changes, restrictions, outages, suspensions or decisions made by a third-party provider may affect some Welaska features. Welaska does not control those third-party services.
10. Customer Data
You retain responsibility for business data, contacts and content you provide to Welaska and must have the rights and permissions necessary to use that information.

11. Intellectual Property
Welaska, its software, design, branding, website content and related technology are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These terms do not transfer ownership of Welaska technology or intellectual property to you. You receive only the right to use the service according to these terms and your applicable plan.
WhatsApp, Meta and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
12. Service Availability and Changes
We work to maintain a reliable service, but Welaska is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Maintenance, security events, internet failures, infrastructure issues, third-party API changes or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
We may modify the service where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, compatibility, maintenance or product improvement.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Welaska at any time.
We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these terms, unlawful activity, security risk, misuse of the platform, fraudulent payment information or requirements imposed by an applicable third-party platform or law.
Termination or disconnection may cause functionality dependent on WhatsApp or Meta authorization to stop working.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Welaska is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or compatible with every third-party service.
Customers are responsible for evaluating whether their use of Welaska complies with laws and industry requirements applicable to their business.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PK9 Software will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, Welaska.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when the service, legal requirements or our operating practices change. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date.
Continued use of Welaska after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
